I don't know about you, but often if I have an admin day and am sitting at the computer for long periods of time processing orders, ordering deliveries and catching up with emails and customers, I get a bit peckish come 11 o'clock. 

This is an absolute classic and family favourite and so easy to prepare - Cheese & Potato Pie. It is warm and comforting and made from just a few ingredients that you'll always have in the kitchen. It is naturally vegetarian and gluten free but you can always make it dairy free and vegan as well by replacing the milk and cheese with dairy free alternatives of your choice and the eggs with flax eggs.
